1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Referrify platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and possess valid KYC documents (Aadhaar + PAN) to participate as a Referrify partner. Registration is subject to KYC verification and approval.
3. Partner Obligations
As a Referrify partner, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC - Share referral links honestly and not misrepresent the products or the earning opportunity - Not use automated scripts, bots, or artificial means to generate referral clicks or inflate claim counts - Not submit fraudulent claims or falsified screenshots - Comply with applicable laws, including those governing financial services marketing in India
4. Earning & Commissions
Points are credited to your wallet upon approval of a valid claim. The points-to-rupee conversion rate and minimum withdrawal amount are set by Referrify and may be updated with 7 days notice. Claims may be rejected if they do not meet the verification criteria for the relevant product.
5. Claim Review & Disputes
Referrify reserves the right to approve, reject, or place claims under review at its sole discretion. If you believe a rejection is incorrect, you may contact support@referrify.in within 14 days of the rejection decision. Decisions communicated after the dispute window are final.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed manually by the Referrify operations team and completed within 2–4 business days. Referrify may deduct TDS as applicable under Indian tax law. One withdrawal request may be pending at a time per partner account.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Referrify may suspend or terminate your account, withhold pending earnings, and take legal action if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or bring the Platform into disrepute. We reserve the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including the app, website, logos, and product data — is the intellectual property of Referrify or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Referrify is a technology intermediary connecting partners with financial institutions. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes made by the financial institutions to their products or commission structures. Our maximum liability to any partner is limited to the unpaid wallet balance at the time of the dispute.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.
11. Changes to Terms
Referrify may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
