We collect information you provide directly when you register and use the Referrify platform: Identity information: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth, profession. KYC documents: Aadhaar card number and images, PAN card number and images. Bank details: Account number, IFSC code, UPI ID for processing withdrawals. Usage data: Product views, referral link clicks, claim submissions, wallet transactions. Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting.

We use the information we collect to: - Verify your identity and process KYC approvals - Generate unique referral links tied to your account - Process and review your claim submissions - Credit points to your wallet and process withdrawal requests - Send transactional notifications (claim status, wallet credits, payout settlements) - Improve the platform and detect fraudulent activity - Comply with applicable laws and RBI guidelines

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Financial institutions: Your partner ID may be shared with banks and NBFCs for reconciliation purposes, as part of the referral tracking process. Service providers: Cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), email delivery (Resend), error tracking (Sentry) — under data processing agreements. Regulatory authorities: Where required by law, including income tax reporting for payouts above applicable thresholds.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. KYC documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with restricted access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information and KYC records for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required by applicable financial regulations. Transaction records are retained indefinitely for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

The Referrify app does not use cookies. The marketing website (referrify.in) uses only essential cookies necessary for basic functionality. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
